Check booking confirmations

How can I check if a booking confirmation has been sent to an employee?

Step 1 - Go to the employee page

If you want to check if or what booking confirmation has been sent to an employee, go to the employee page first via the “manage employees” box on your dashboard or the navigation bar on the left.

Step 2 - Find employee and click “go to employee”

Once you found the employee, you would like to check the booking confirmation for, click on “go to employee”. You can search employees via their name and selecting their company, or you can use our advanced search function for a more detailed search.

Step 3 - Scroll down to communication history

Next, scroll down until you get to the communication history section. Here, you can see all confirmations that have been sent out to that specific employee. If you want to see one in more detail, simply click on “view” on the right-hand side. This will open a new tap, where the booking confirmation will be displayed.

Step 4 - Resend booking confirmations

In case you discover something has gone wrong with the booking confirmation, or you simply want to send it again, you have the possibility to re-send booking confirmations as well.
