Assigning employees to courses
Step 1 – Go to your basket
After you added courses to the basket, you then have the possibility to assign the employees in need of training to these courses. You can find your basket via "Basket" in the main menu on the left of your page, or in the top right corner where the basket icon is shown. On the right side of a course, you will see a yellow button “add employee”.
Step 2 - Click "Add employee"
The “Add employee” button will open a pop-up window, where you have the possibility to add all your employees or add only selected ones. To select an employee, search them up under their name, and then check the grey box to select them.
If the employee is not in the portal yet, you can simply add the employee by using the "Add new employee" button at the bottom of the pop-up. Here, you can fill out the information of the employee and finalise by pressing "Create user".
Step 3 - Choose the employees in need of the training and check your selection
Once you chose all the employees you want to assign to the course(s), you can check your selection under the grey "Select" button on the top right window. Here, you can deselect employees by clicking on the yellow check if you want to remove the person from the course.
Step 4 - Click "Add" or "Add to all" to assign the selected employees to one or all courses
Now, finish by pressing “Add” on the bottom right if the selected people only should be assigned to the selected course. Press "Add to all" if all selected employees should be added to all the courses in your basket.
Should you have forgotten an employee, you can simply repeat the process and add another employee to the course.
Remove assigned employee from course
Removing an assigned employee from a course is also possible on the same site.
Scroll down until you find the employee you plan on removing from a course, then click the three dots on the right and choose “remove place”. A pop-up will ask you if you are sure you want to remove this student from the course, and after pressing confirm you are all done.
