1. How do I make an appeal or lodge a complaint?

All complaints or appeals should be made in writing and sent to RelyOn Nutec within 30 calendar days from the completion of the course.

2. I have ran out of attempts, who do I contact to get more?

Please contact your line manager or training provider to ask about a new attempt. If you purchased the course yourself, email support@relyonnutec.com

3. I failed my course, who do I contact to re-sit the course?

Please contact your line manager or training provider to ask about a course re-sit. If you purchased the course yourself, please re-purchase through the same process, or if you feel that this was a technical error, email support@relyonnutec.com.

4. How do I get in contact to discuss my issue?

If you have a digital course and you require technical support assistance or want to contact us with regards to an issue, email support@relyonnutec.com. Our support team are available Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 UK time. Your email will typically be acknowledged within 15 minutes.

5. Where can I find the course information?

In your dashboard go over to the “courses” section. Find the course you want to see information on and click the three dots on the right hand side. Then click on “view details”. You can also download the course information in a PDF form.

6. What are blended courses?

Blended courses are courses that have an e-learning element as well as a practical element. In most cases, you are required to complete the e-learning before arriving at the training centre for your practical. Upon successful completion of the practical element, you will obtain a complete blended course certificate. You will see two course entries in your dashboard, one for the e-learning element that will let you launch the course. The other will be related to the practical element and will hold your practical course dates. There are no actions required for this in your learner portal.

7. I have clicked on “start training” but nothing happens.

If you are using Safari, this is very likely due to a pop-up blocker. To view the course, you must first disable the pop up blocker. Open the Settings app on your device, select "Safari". Under “General”, locate “Block Pop-ups” and slide the button to the disabled position in order to allow pop-ups. Then try launching the course again. If you are using any other browser, email support@relyonnutec.com.

8. Can I change the content language of an e-learning course?

When you first start an e-learning course, there will be a pop up with a selection of the available languages. Once you have picked the one you want to sit the course in, click “apply”. After you have started the course, you can still change the content language. Go over to the menu on the left hand side and click “content language”. The options will pop up again. Pick the one you want to change it to and select “apply”. You can do this as many times as you need.
