Do I have to select a language for every user?

No, our business portal offers the option to set a default language for all users that you create. However, at the same time, you are still able to set a language individually for an employee, when some selected workers prefer courses in a different language, for example.

To set a default language for users, use the sidebar on the left to navigate to your account settings. At the end of your personal information section, you find the possibility to set a default language when creating users.

Simply select the language most of your workers speak, and the programme will automatically assign this specific language to all future users you create. Should some workers be more comfortable taking e-learning courses in another language, you always have the option to set a different language for them via the manage employees function.
