RelyOn Nutec Netherlands is creating an electrical services capability to service the renewable generation, transmission, distribution, and oil and gas industries. Our goal is to support our existing and new clients to develop and maintain essential electrical skills; operate with safe and consistent work practices; and meet regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

We seek to appoint a Manager Electrical Training Services for RelyOn Nutec Netherlands to drive the introduction of our electrical training capability. The successful candidate will manage the implementation of the RelyOn electrical training service capability in the Netherlands, providing expert technical and industry related training services to our key clients and overseeing the onboarding of new electrical trainers, in accordance with our global standards.

Location : Maasvlakte / Amsterdam / Eemshaven - Remote

The role requires the successful candidate to:

• Development of electrical training capability for the clients of RelyOn Nutec Netherlands.
• Provide expert technical and industry-related training services to our clients.
• Collaborate with the Global Electrical Services team on the development and implementation of electrical projects.
• Oversee the onboarding of new electrical trainers in accordance with RelyOn standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on curriculum content design, compliance, and delivery methods.
• Ensure regulatory and industry compliance in training delivery according to NEN 3140 and NEN 3840 standards.
• Build the skill sets and capability of the RelyOn Nutec Netherlands electrical training team.
• Contribute to the development of electrical training products by providing expert technical knowledge.
• Develop detailed scopes of work based on client briefings.
• Occasionally participates in training programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of services and client requirements.
• Be responsible for occasionally providing instructions themselves.

The right person will be provided with opportunities to gain experience in all aspects of our business. You will participate in our training programs to ensure you understand our services and our client requirements. Knowledge of CompEx- Atex is preferred.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• Solid experience in the electrical supply industry.
• Experience in electrical training standards.
• Excellent in project management and communication.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch electrical industry and training accreditation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and collaboration abilities.
• Experience within a quality-accredited organization.
• Right to live and work in the Netherlands.

Desired qualifications:

• Engineering, science, or related technical degree, or relevant industry experience.
• Project Management qualification and experience.
• Training qualifications at vocational or degree levels and relevant training experience.
• Classroom and online curriculum development and/or training experience.
• Training workshop/laboratory operation and maintenance experience.
