THE ROLE

To support the journey, our Global Marketing team needs support from an experienced Digital Marketer to drive all digital marketing activities on a global level and to support local marketers in their work.

You will be responsible for driving and optimising paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) globally in close collaboration with local markets. You will also be responsible for supporting the local marketers in optimising their use of LinkedIn, Facebook and other upper funnel activities.

In your role, you will be part of a small team leading the digital marketing agenda in RelyOn Nutec. Your base will be Copenhagen, but you will work closely with our global marketing community to ensure the success of the initiatives across the board. 

More precisely, in this position, you will:

  • Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns that engage our different customer segments and ensure traffic acquisition 
  • Align Social Media platforms and create consistent and relevant initiatives globally
  • Monitor results such as traffic, leads, conversions and sales based on relevant KPIs
  • Create reports and manage performance dashboards (Analytics, Data Studio)
  • Improve and maintain the website to optimise ROI for our digital marketing activities (landing page creation and optimisation) 

To succeed, you must have:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven track record of designing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns (3-5 years experience)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, as well as marketing automation platforms 
  • Identify, create and maintain specific target audiences
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics and e-commerce tracking
  • Focus on customer journeys and how we can create excellent customer experience using digital marketing tools
  • Experience in how insights can be leveraged to optimise our efforts and drive business
  • Experience driving an agile agenda to ensure the rollout of digital campaigns/solutions globally
  • Strong business and organisational focus
  • Full fluency in English

 

ADD ONS:

  • Drive upper funnel activities and campaigns in close collaboration with local teams, and ensure SoMe platforms are aligned with brand guidelines
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Collaborate in developing and managing a content plan, including creation and publication, and secure strong hooks and an engaging customer experience
  • Map the digital customer journey and ensure the journey effectively supports lead generation and sales
  • Ensure quality, clarity and consistency in the development, distribution and launch of content
  • Ability to create and work with all types of digital content.
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of how to map and work from a customer journey map
  • Experienced working with different online media and platforms to create customer engagement, sales and lead generation.
  • Show a strong mindset and character to drive change and lead the digital agenda, raise the digital capabilities and challenge the content strategy to always be relevant
  • Essential to be a team player and understand how you contribute to the joint efforts of the various specialists residing in the team
  • Strong problem solving approach and strong project management skills, and not afraid to pick up tasks outside the core job area when needed
  • Result oriented and able to work towards creating business results through the digital marketing agenda, as well as sharp and effective content.
