Oil Spill Response

Objective

This course has been accredited by the Department of Trade & Industry, as meeting statutory training requirements as stipulated under the Offshore Installations (Emergency Pollution Control) Regulations 2002. This is now one of a suite of five courses aimed at a range of trainees involved with preventing oil spills. By completing this course, your staff will be equipped with the necessary knowledge to safely and effectively deal with any spill you may be faced with at your place of work. This course also features a range of interactive exercise that will help you assess the different ways of preventing an oil spill.

Target Group

This course is suitable for Offshore Installation Managers and Company representatives in the oil and gas industry.

Prerequisites

All delegates must be in possession of a valid medical certificate.
