Objective

Make it easier for the participants to succeed with their HSE work by giving the participants understanding of their role and function in the HSE work, and the opportunity by active teamwork with the other HSE personnel related to the objective of the HSE legislation.

Target Group

Safety representative, members of working environment committee, leders, trade union representative and other personnel working with working environment in the company

Examination

A course diploma will be made when all modules of the course are completed.

Course Contents

The course is in cooperation with NHO v/ Norsk Industri who is responsible for the web-based part of the course.

The course are in three modules, and are carried out in the following order: self-tuition (web-based with exam), homework assignment where you do a easy mapping of the HSE work in own organization, and a 2 days¿ workshop where the participants will discuss and reflect on how HSE can contribute to continuous improvement of own organization

Our HSE basic course is base on the requirement from supplementary agreement III in the Basic Agreement between NHO-LO. We have chosen a flexible course where we focus on the participant¿s experience, intention in the legislation, compliance and advantage for the individual and their company.

We focus on the intention of both the Internal Control Regulations and the Working
Environment Act, and wish to emphasize that the cooperative model is the best method to find the most resilient solutions.
