Well Control Introductory
Objective
The purpose of this course is to lay a foundation of essential well control knowledge for rig crews, including floor hands, and other non-technical personnel.
Target Group
Barge Engineer, Captain/Master, Pit Hand, Pump Man, Shaker Man, Subsea Engineer, Derrickmen, Floorman, BOP Subsea Engineer, LMRP Engineer, DP Officer, MPD AND UBD wellsite personnel, OIM, Onshore Monitoring Crew, Wellsite Geologist and office based Operations Geologist, Casing Crew Supervisor, Cementer, ROV Supervisor, Mud Engineer, Mud Logger/Wellsite Drilling Data Engineer, Directional Driller, Fishing Tool Operators (non-pressure operations).
Prerequisites
- RG;
- CPF;
- Passport (Expatriate).
Examination
To pass the class, the delegate must attain a minimum score of 75% on a written assessment.
