Objective

This course has been developed in line with the STEP Change initiative which promotes the establishment, maintenance and development of safety observation systems to provide a safer work environment. During the course delegates will be able to work within any Safety Observation system at any facility and appreciate how they can take an active role within the system. They will also have a proper understanding of their own personal responsibility for Safety Observation and a greater appreciation of behaving safely as a means to reduce workplace accidents.

Target Group

This course is designed for all employees in the Oil & Gas Industry.

Prerequisites

All delegates must be in possession of a valid medical certificate.
