Prerequisites: - Be more than 18 years old; - RG and CPF (brazilian); - Passport (expatriate); - Submit Occupational health certificate (ASO) or certificate of good physical and health condition; - Submit valid certificate of Confined Space 16h, Confined Space 40h or Confined Space 8h, according to NR-33.

Confined Space Rescue Training

Objective

This training intends to present a set of definitions, skills and procedures necessary for the operation of a rescue emergency situation in confined space. It also intends to present safety and protection procedures for rescuers , correct use and selection of appropriate equipment and the proper handling, stabilization and removal of victims in height. Finally, to meet the legal and contractual requirements in national and international ambits related to confined space rescue operations.

Target Group

Intended to the emergency response team members who will perform rescue operation in confined spaces.

Theory – 4 hours • Legislation • Emergency and Rescue • Confined Space Rescue Team • Incident Response Plan and Work Permit • Equipment for Rescue in Confined Spaces • Atmospheric Evaluation • Respiratory Protection • Preparation for Rescue • Accessing the Casualty • Assessment of the Level of Consciousness • Cardiopulmonary Arrest (CPA) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) • Injuries (Fracture and Burns); Immobilization (of Fractures) and Bleeding Containment • Preparing the Casualty for Rescue Practical – 12 hours • Respiratory Protection • Inspection and Selection of Equipment • Planning and Preparation of a Rescue Plan • Horizontal victim rescue (With and Without Breathing Protection) • Vertical victim rescue
