Objective

Giving participants an understanding of their own role and function in HSE
work, in order to succeed in their daily chores and tasks. Enabling participants
in identifying opportunities through strategic interactions with other
stakeholders in the work to comply with HSE regulations.

Target Group

Environmental commitee and safety representatives, managers, union and
employee representatives and anyone responsible for work environment
related issues on board.

Prerequisites

None

Course Contents

The course consist of two parts: an e-leaning module of with a final test, to be
completed from home. Secondly three webinar modules of approximately four
hours each which gives participants an opportunity to reflect upon and discuss
how HSE can be a positive contribution on board the ship. Approximately 15
hours of e-learning are carried out preferably in advance of the webinar.
