How does a training management service work?
Tailored: TMS packages are tailored to the needs your business, providing the organisation easy access to a selection of pre-qualified training companies around the world. Should the need arise we can also take over the management and maintenance of existing relationships with current providers.
Organised: When new training or refresh of expiring certificates is needed, the delegates are automatically reminded and receive a set of course dates to choose from. Your TMS consultant follows up and communicates directly with each of your teams, to help source and book the right course, to include travel and accommodation, should that be your preference.
Managed: After completion of training, newly issued course certificates and course evaluations are managed through your company’s online account portal. You get a full overview of both completed training and any existing gaps. Also, regular meetings with your TMS consultant on the competencies of your workforce and quarterly business reviews ensure transparency and knowledge is always at your disposal.
Overview: All invoicing is seamlessly managed by your TMS support team and communicated and tracked as per your company requirements.

Standard reports and overviews are configured to match your business and reporting needs.
Map training and certification gaps: based on your organisation’s training and certification requirements we identify existing and fast approaching training gaps and manage course bookings or deployment of material through training courses on your selected vendor network
Communicate, book and organise: employees with existing or upcoming training needs are advised and asked to book a seat with one of your pre-selected vendors at a time and place convenient to them. Your TMS consultants follows up to ensure the correct courses are booked and organises travel, accommodation and logistical guidance as needed.
Certify, evaluate and report: employees successfully completing training are awarded certifications and evaluate the quality of training received. Respective management has full transparency on the status of their organisation’s competencies and the quality of the training they are receiving.
Ongoing adjustments to changing business and regulatory requirements: as your business needs and regulatory requirements change, so do your organisation’s training needs. Your TMS consultant ensures these changes are factored into your TMS setup and makes relevant adjustments and suggestions, while ensuring your team is involved in the process.
