How does a training management service work?

Organised: When new training or refresh of expiring certificates is needed, the delegates are automatically reminded and receive a set of course dates to choose from. Your TMS consultant follows up and communicates directly with each of your teams, to help source and book the right course, to include travel and accommodation, should that be your preference.

Managed: After completion of training, newly issued course certificates and course evaluations are managed through your company’s online account portal. You get a full overview of both completed training and any existing gaps.
