Objective

Converting from a free fall or skid lifeboat to the conventional lifeboat. Upon completion of the course, delegates should have maintained and developed their knowledge, skills and attitudes towards their function in the emergency response unit.

Target Group

Coxswains manning a conventional lifeboat. Refresher course for coxswains certified within the offshore and maritime industry. The course covers the guidelines provided by Norwegian Oil and Gas for refresher courses for coxswains on both moving and fixed installations.

Examination

No exam for Norwegian Oil and Gas. Written exam for STCW.
