Objective

During the course delegates will gain understanding on managing the workforce on working safely, carrying out effective tool box meetings, job safety analysis, accident investigation, unsafe act and unsafe condition auditing and identifying, controlling and eliminating hazards.

Target Group

This course is designed for work site supervisors, foremen and team leaders.
