Objective

Any applicant who has successfully completed your Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties (VPDSD) (HOUSTM-747) course will satisfy the training requirements of 46 CPR 12.625(a)(l) and STCW Table A-VI/6-2 for an STCW endorsement as Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties.

Mariners seeking STCW endorsements for Vessel Security Officers, Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties, and Security Awareness.

None

Examination

The delegate must take and pass a written exam with a minimum score of 70% upon completing the course. The class will have to be repeated if that score us not attained,
