RelyOn has announced the acquisition of Clyde Training Solutions (CTS), a high-quality provider of training services for maritime, offshore, and renewable energy sectors, from Northern Marine Group (NMG).
RelyOn is a global business operating in more than 20 countries from more than 40 facilities primarily servicing the offshore, renewables, maritime and electrical infrastructure industries.
Its robust platform of safety, competence, and skills training facilities across the UK, are based in Northeast Scotland, Northeast England, and Northwest England. The addition of Clyde Training Solutions bridges a critical geographical gap, offering a seamless training solution to customers across the UK.
CTS operates a strong, multi-facility training provision in Clydebank. This acquisition enables RelyOn to extend its reach into the Glasgow area, further reinforcing its commitment to delivering services where its customers need them most.
