To meet this demand, RelyOn has assembled a global team of electrical, safety and education practitioners that operate across multiple countries with experience in offshore/onshore renewable energy, transmission and distribution powergrids, and large-scale industrial and process facilities.

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Trainer and Assessor to become a valuable member of our Training Operations team.  The main focus of the role is to provide instruction, demonstration and conduct assessments for delegates participating on High Voltage Operator as well as other industry related electrical skills training for safety.

We are looking for an individual with experience in high voltage systems to take on a crucial role within our organisation.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the operation of high voltage network and/or power generation plant and have a passion for passing on the benefits of your knowledge and experience to new and experienced workers. In addition to training, you may assist in the development of courseware for our wide range of HV customers in the facilities management, oil & gas, maritime and renewable energy sectors.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in delivering training, assessment and mentoring for High Voltage operations
  • Trade or engineering qualifications relevant to high voltage plant.
  • Hands on experience with the operation of high voltage plant.
  • Held switching authorisations would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in both independent work and teamwork.
  • Excellent document writing skills.
  • Focus on safety.
  • Ability to travel.
