    At RelyOn, we are the leading provider of safety and survival training and services, helping organisations in the oil and gas, maritime, wind, and industrial sector improve safety for their employees and customers.

    Our purpose is to transfer the knowledge and experience needed to execute complex and dangerous tasks and provide an emergency response team in case of crisis where experts are needed immediately. We are committed to doing so in a sustainable and responsible way.

    We will uphold the Ten Principles of the Global Compact and contribute to delivering the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through our commitment to responsible business practices and ecosystems that enable positive change.

    This is how we contribute, this is how we catalyse impact, and it is how we move forward together.

    Our ambition is to go beyond the minimum and onto a journey of demonstrated continuous improvement on the impact that we create. Over time, our goal is to raise expectations of how our businesses will embed all Ten Principles. These are intrinsic to our company and serve as the enabler for contributions towards achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Paris Agreement.

    We will measure our collective impact in relevant areas, making public commitments to human rights and labour, demonstrating broad-based gender parity in operations, enforcing compliance on anti-corruption and bribery, and taking actions to advance the SDGs.

    UN Sustainable Development Goals

    RelyOn is committed to supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Four SDGs have been identified, which support the approach of how sustainability is powering development for RelyOn, its stakeholders, and the many communities where the company plays a role. We are embedding sustainability into everything we do. 

    Sustainability at RelyOn means reducing or eliminating negative environmental, economic and social impacts, as well as maximising the value that our business and products provide for our customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, local communities, and the planet at large. It also means upholding sustainability in governance structures. We believe these efforts will help to elevate the standards of our industry as a whole.
