Target Group

Those who manage the risk of legionella i.e. Responsible Persons, Duty Holders, Deputy Responsible Persons, Landlords, Water Treatment Account Managers, Risk Assessors, Auditors. The course delivers a global awareness of legionella control in water system management. Content covers all necessary legal requirements and introduces systems (focusing on hot and cold). Material is wholly based on best practice documents ACOP L8 / HSG 274 Parts 1¬-3.
The course is City & Guilds Assured and comes with certification, for those successful in assessment.

Prerequisites

Preferable: Legionella Awareness Training / Experience working on hot and cold water systems or managing health and safety

Examination

Single multiple choice question, open book assessment
Pass rate: 15/20 questions correct
Re-sit Question for those achieving 14/20 on the day
