Course Contents

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is an agency of the United States Department of Labour.
In this course you will learn about different types of workplace violence, signs of potential violence and how best to respond. You will be able to explain the importance and purpose of a workplace violence prevention program, and identify violence hazard prevention and controls. You will also be able to explain how to respond if a violent incident occurs.
