Objective

To be able to: Provide Medical care to the sick and injured while they remain on board Participate in co-ordinated schemes for medical assistance to ships

Target Group

Seafarers who are designated to provide medical care onboard ship

Examination

Assessment of evidence obtained from practical instruction and demonstration. Successful candidates will be awarded a MCA approved Medical Care (A-V1/4-2).
