Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) and Bideltoid Measurements
Objective
The objectives of the training are to ensure that the delegates gains the required knowledge and understanding of the particular hazards and properties of Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS). And further to take appropiate practical emergency response actions if the requirements for emergency deployment should arise.
Target Group
The target group is personnel that are issued with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) whilst travelling offshore by helicopter to UK sector.
Prerequisites
HUET / Basic Safety & Emergency course (basic or refresher) incl. HUET
No older than 4 years.
Examination
All delegates will need to complete a short knowledge test and a practical assessment.

- Hazards assosiated with CA-EBS
- Components of CA-EBS
- Operation of CA-EBS lifejacket
