Would you like to work as a student assistant at the headquarters of a global business with subsidiaries in 20+ countries around the world and get the opportunity to develop your skills within administration, law and communication? We are looking for a part-time student for our legal and compliance department.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Maintenance of document data base
  • Notarisation and legalisation of legal documents with public authorities
  • Support and administration with respect to legal, sustainability and compliance applications and procedures
  • Preparing agreement, policy and procedure drafts
  • Sending documents for signature
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks such as printing, copying and binding of reports/board material etc.

Your profile:

We assume you:

  • Are a student at the beginning of your bachelor’s degree at CBS, the University of Copenhagen or similar, preferably law – you have (preferably) at least 3 years left in your study
  • Are proficient in Danish and English
  • Have good communication skills
  • Are a seasoned user of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Have a systematic, service-minded and proactive approach to tasks
  • Have a high degree of responsibility and discipline when following up on tasks until completion
  • Have attention to detail

You will work out of our Head Office in Copenhagen, and the position will require that you work approx. 15 hours per week between 8h00 and 17h00 on business days with mutual flexibility. Also, we respect exam periods. You will report to our General Counsel, Birgitte Poulsen.
