RelyOn Nutec UK Ltd which as strong industry expertise servicing the global oil and gas, shipping, renewable energy, maritime, military and aviation industries, and over the last three years has trained over 1.5 million people.

We are looking to recruit the Instructors and Trainee Instructors to join our Operational teams within our Aberdeen training centres. The primary focus of these roles will be to provide instructions, demonstrations and assessments for delegates participating on courses training courses across a range of disciplines. We deliver an extensive portfolio of survival marine and renewable training courses.

Our Trainee Instructor roles provide support for the delivery of training courses in a survival, renewable and technical courses, as they undertake a full development programme to Instructors. Previous experience within a training environment would be an advantage, however not essential.

All candidates must be competent swimmers, should have excellent communication skills, be customer and service focused and be able to work on their own initiative as well as with a wider team. Previous instructional experience and qualifications will be an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.
