Due to our continued growth and future expansion plans, we are looking to recruit GWO Instructors/ Trainee Instructors to join our Operational team at our Liverpool training centre.

The main focus of our Instructor roles provide instruction, demonstration and conduct assessments for delegates participating on training courses across a range of disciplines. We are looking for a GWO Instructor who has previous delivery experience in GWO Working at Height, and Advanced Working at Height courses.  It is also desirable that they hold technical qualification and background in either electrical, mechanical or hydraulics, as well as an assessor qualification, however this is not essential.

Our Trainee Instructor roles will provide support to training delivery and course maintenance, and undertake a full development plan to become a Renewables Industry Instructor.  Previous experience within training or operational maintenance would be an advantage.

All candidates should have excellent communication skills, be customer focused and be able to work on their own initiative as well as with a wider team.
