Digital Solutions - Sales Executive

You will be responsible for account development and account management with the objective of maximizing revenue from existing clients and gaining new clients from identified markets focusing on digital solution selling. Through proactively contact to clients you must maintain a consistent high-level service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
Furthermore, your tasks will be to:
- Achieve pre-determined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Work with all other departments of the business as relevant to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
- Understand the O&G, Maritime, Renewable and Other Industrial markets with an acute sense of how our digital solutions are positioned within the market.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and proactively manage complaints or objections
- Ensure the CRM Salesforce is kept current and up to date.
Also, we expect you to participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences, just as we expect you to develop and deliver frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Highly self-motivated, experienced and conscientious sales profile
To succeed in the position, you are dynamic, positive and focused. Further, you demonstrate strategic thinking and have the ability to communicate and express views to all clients across multi sectors and different levels of seniority.
We expect you to have a proven experience as in a commercial or relevant role with a demonstrable track record in identifying, developing and closing opportunities. Further, we hope that you meet the following qualifications:
- Experience of working with Digital Solutions selling or part of our product areas (Managed Services, Compliance Management, Competence, Digital Learning, e-learning etc.)
- Experience of working with B2B sales
- Demonstrable ability to plan, map and steer meeting’s as well as strong closing techniques
- Able to understand our clients pains, challenges and possibilities.

The position can be located either in Stavanger, Bergen, Esbjerg or Copenhagen. Travel activity must be expected.
